An automated telephony system, IVR systems interact with callers, gathers information and routes calls to the appropriate recipient. It accepts a combination of voice telephone input and touch-tone keypad selection. Moreover, it provides appropriate responses via voice, fax, callback, e-mail and more.
ClinTest Voice is the company’s proprietary automation product, and it expedites the task of eClinical test execution and objective evidence collection. Company officials said that this provides the opportunity to shorten the software development life cycle and achieve go-live faster.
Using voice-to-text capabilities, ClinTest Voice is able to determine spoken prompt accuracy up to 100 percent. Company officials said that the configurable thresholds enable an IVR validation team to set both global and individual values for pass, manual verification, and failure at the test step level. Moreover, ClinTest Voice allows for both database interaction and verification.
“Our automatically generated output reports allow for one to navigate to the exact prompt requiring review and listen to an imbedded .wav file of the specific step, said Carlton Schowe, president and CEO at RealityCorp, adding that this eliminates the physical need to use the phone during the development and testing process for IVRS.
Wilmington, Del.-based RealityCorp focuses on eClinical validation services using its proprietary automation product, ClinTest. The deployment of ClinTest as a validation solution enables clients not only benefit from the potential to accelerate the eClinical software development life cycle but also reduce the production system error rate.
