Premier Healthcare Alliance to Gain Access to Authentidate's Solutions, Including IVR

National performance improvement organization Premier Healthcare Alliance recently inked a new group purchasing agreement with Authentidate (News - Alert), through which Premier’s other members get to use Authentidate's Remote Patient Monitoring Solutions.


As per the agreement, Authentidate will offer its Electronic House Call (EHC) Kiosk, and Interactive Voice Response (IVR) solutions to hospitals, clinics and other healthcare organizations who are members of Premier.

According to Authentidate officials, their remote patient monitoring telehealth solutions help patients to get back to their normal routines, while providing frequent updates of patient vital signs and related data to healthcare providers. The remote monitoring solution is specifically designed to contribute to improved patient outcomes with fewer in-person doctor or emergency room visits.

Not only that, this innovative solution helps provider’s to cut on operational costs with improved patient care and also oversee patients who have chronic diseases such as Congestive Heart Failure (CHF), Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease (COPD), Diabetes, Hypertension and Sleep Apnea.

The monitoring sessions even sends automated reminders with medication schedules, diets, disease specific education modules as well as follow-up physician visit reminders.
