Also included in the AppExchange host of products is Voice for Salesforce Chatter, a platform that makes business processes social in real time. For the mobile workforce, Voice for Salesforce Chatter from Angel allows the mobile employee to update their Chatter feed using their mobile phone. A simple voice recording is then transcribed, providing hands-free access whenever needed, wherever.
LeadByFone, another product in the AppExchange lineup, provides a speech-enabled IVR solution allowing Salesforce.com users to automatically capture the names and addresses of callers and place them into a Salesforce.com account for easy retrieval and analysis.
